Video first, checks after each video, article text folded away, one exam sheet per topic. Units 1 and 2 (videos already made) and topic 6.5 as the trial of a later unit.
What this is. The same lessons, questions and videos as the live course, re-ordered into the structure of the 12 Oct feasibility note: topic intro video → each lesson part opens with its video, then that part's checks → topic summary video → practice set → end-of-topic test.
How it differs from the live course. (1) The article text leaves the student path; every part keeps a collapsed Read this part so you can compare. (2) Each part's video moves to the top of the part; the checks that followed it follow it still. (3) The topic intro video sits on the topic page, not inside lesson 1. (4) Each topic page ends with an exam sheet: every “what you are expected to know” line and the glossary, one screen. (5) Where a video is not yet made, a dashed tile shows the script's beats and opening line (topic 6.5; lesson 25 plays the three sample renders). Nothing in the live course or its demo page is changed; practice sets and tests open the live pages.
Not in this demo: the skills module (“How AP Biology asks you questions”) — its lessons have no videos yet, so it has no video-first form to show; and the Introduction module.
Is this content better than the current alternative students have?
Lessons are good enough if they are 8/10 on the following criteria. Gut check: Are we confident that this is better than the alternative? Are we confident that a student would benefit from taking this lesson?
